Dr. Rodney Badger was born and raised in San Francisco Bay Area. Attending Stanford University for an undergraduate degree in Latin American Studies with honors, he was nominated for the Rhodes Scholarship. Dr. Badger attended medical school at the University of California, San Diego School of Medicine, followed by postgraduate work at the University of Washington. There, he completed a residency in internal medicine and a post-graduate fellowship in cardiovascular disease. He is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, and interventional cardiology.
His personal interests have included Masters Alpine ski racing, horses, golf, and photography. He’s been married to the same wonderful person for almost 50 years and has six children and 14 grandchildren.
