Sarah Oliveira, DNP, ARNP, FNP-C

Sarah Oliveira is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Oly Heart, providing cardiovascular care to patients in Olympia, Centralia, and Shelton. She is dedicated to delivering patient-centered, evidence-based cardiology care with a strong focus on prevention and long-term heart health.

Dr. Oliveira earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree from Old Dominion University, where she developed expertise in evidence-based practice, chronic disease management, and leadership within complex healthcare systems. Her doctoral research focused on advance care planning in older adults, reflecting her commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered decision-making in cardiovascular care.

She has extensive clinical experience managing a broad range of cardiovascular conditions including heart failure, coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmias, valvular heart disease, and hypertension. Dr. Oliveira is particularly passionate about preventive cardiology, helping patients reduce cardiovascular risk through education, lifestyle modification, and proactive disease management.

As a military spouse, Dr. Oliveira is deeply committed to serving diverse communities and addressing healthcare disparities. Through her work at Oly Heart, she strives to ensure patients across both urban and rural communities have access to high-quality cardiovascular care.

Outside of the clinic, Dr. Oliveira enjoys spending time with her family, especially visiting Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and Disney cruises. She also enjoys hiking and learning new languages.
